Its official.  We are now Fair Trade Organic Certified.  This comes form months of work trying to find the right beans, and the right blends.  Our Espresso was the next step to making it possible.  New to be released is "Fire 19".   Our very own in house espresso blend using 100% Fair Trade Organic beans.  The Fire 19 name comes from the largest ever recorded fire to burn in North America.  This blaze was so big that the "1950 Great Smoke Pall" could be seen as far as Europe.    Over 3.5 million acres of forest burned as a result.  "Fire 19", is a rich earthy, and smokey blend of medium roasted beans.  Soon to be found on grocery shelves, restaurants, and coffee shops.
